Are You In With Me Here?

  1. If I create a graphic for your Business, and No Design Agreement Document is signed prior, then as a Designer of that design piece, I am free to show that work as a sample on my portfolio website. If you do not want me to put the work on my website, then kindly share that with me prior to the project start phase.
  2. I do not offer any kind of Free Work samples unless specified by me within my Proposal.
  3. If I create a graphic or image from my end as a demo of your product outside our Project Agreements, and if you happen to like that, I would not make further changes to that particular design graphic unless I am offered to be paid extra for that work or that design element can be used only for Demo Purposes.

Works Made for Hire:

  1. If I create a graphic for your Business, hired on a project basis to create a graphic for your Website, Print Collateral, Social Media, then as a Designer, I will own the copyright to the graphic to showcase in my Portfolio website, without signing a work for hire agreement or an agreement transferring the copyright.
  2. If an NDA needs to be signed it has to be disclosed at the beginning of the Project.
  3. I do not offer any kind of Free Work samples unless specified by me within the Proposal.
  4. If I create a graphic or image from my end as a demo of your product outside our Project Agreements, I would not make further changes to that particular design graphic unless I am offered to be paid extra for that work. That design element can only be used for Demo Purposes.
